Putting up the Tower and the Antenna
Radio astronomy from the ground up - Mark Hedley putting the finishing touches on the 4 x 4 x 4 foot hole that will contain rebar and 2.5 cubic yards of concrete to support the log-periodic antenna tower.

Thomas and Mark complete installation of the rebar and the bottom section of tower. Not to worry - Thomas was removed before the concrete pour.

The big pour - the tower was guyed and levels were used to make sure it remained vertical.
